Full Management is for landlords who want a more hands-off approach after the tenancy starts. It helps keep tenant communication, maintenance coordination, check-ins, and general management tasks organised under one process.

The 12% management fee covers ongoing management work. Property repairs, compliance items, or third-party costs are confirmed separately where they apply. Discounts may be available for landlords with multiple properties.

Additional tenancy administration fees
