7% let-only fee
Let Only is a good fit if you are comfortable managing the property yourself but want professional help finding and setting up the right tenant. It keeps the service focused on marketing, enquiries, checks, and tenancy setup.
The 7% fee applies to the let-only service. It is intended for landlords who do not need ongoing management after the tenant is found and the tenancy is arranged.
