Feel like we were at home

Both of the guys( Diogo and Pietro) who took care of the check-in were very helpful, and very friendly and they did their best so our stay at the apartment, made us feel like we were at home. A huge thank you to both, and all the best to you guys!

Fantastic modern property, very clean

The property is fantastic! All the appliance have high standard and is very clean. The location is one of the best in London. The underground is just 2 minute away and is very well connected to the centre. just 10 min away there is a big shopping centre. Aggie been fantastic and very helpful. I would suggest this apartment to anyone. I will definitely contact her again

Good.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property whilst on business in London. The location is great for anyone working in or around Canary Wharf. Unfortunately there were a couple of small problems with the flat this time as well as a slightly more concerning missing smoke alarm in the hall (there was still one intact in the kitchen). This was reported to the agent and I have be assured these will be resolved.

Would Recommend!

Great communication and although we were slightly delayed due to the traffic he was friendly and hospitable. The apartment is in a great location for the O2 we attended and witnesses Muse. The train is easy to get to. The apartment was clean and perfect for the weekend.

Marathon Weekend

I used the apartment for the marathon weekend and it was a great location.

Very comfortable, convenient, and cost efficient.

Thank you for a well staffed, well run, easy to access, relatively centrally located, and cost efficient apartment. Friendly staff. Although the trains do run loud, I still found it easy to sleep. If you are going to he Excel it's also convenient and near many restaurants.

Fantastic

a fantastic location and a lovely apartment, cleaned to a high standard and fully equipped with everything you could need. very close access to metro and dlr, it was the perfect stay for us to visit the excel centre for a conference. the views from the flat were stunning and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from.

Relaxed

I had an amazing night in the apartment, felt asif i was at home, lovely view & lovely staff, very welcoming and homely!

Clean, comfortable and perfect location!

The apartment itself was very clean and clearly had been newly refurbished. It had all mod cons and all the cooking utensils etc that I would need for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable and the living room space was ideal. Bathroom was spacious. There was more than enough wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The apartment was a perfect location and there is a Sainsbury's literally 2mins from the door. The tube station is also right next to it. If you need a gym there is a well equipped one in the apartment block directly opposite. And a lovely cafe situated at the entrance to the building. The only drawbacks were the wifi, which was very temperamental and rebooting the system wasn't very convenient. Also, there was a lot of communication via email and calls prior to the check in and felt a little bit too much. However, once completed it was straight forward and everyone was very helpful and responsive to any queries I had. I have now set up an account with and will be using again when I am staying in London for more than a couple of days. I'm looking forward to trying some different locations too.

Nice neighborhood and state of the flat is alright. However quite noisy because just in front of the DLR.

All in all, a very pleasant experience!

Despite the apparently many house rules written in the description, Diogo is a very nice and uncomplicated person.The flat was cosy, modern and very conveniently placed near a public transport station(DLR), as well as a tesco express (open till late). The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room made it perfect for our stay (2 couples x 4 nights). Canary Wharf is fabulous and the connection to the city center was very fast. There are some small fixes due in the shower, and although it was a weekend and they couldn’t be arranged right away, Diogo was very prompt and came to check everything out. All in all, a very pleasant experience! We enjoyed our time in London and we‘ll probably visit Diogo again this summer. Cheers!
